Meet Pam

Born in Texas however have lived most of my life in North Carolina. I am a single mom to a beautiful daughter. We have several fur babies.

I've had a long career in the manufacturing industry working for just 2 companies. I learned a lot over the years. Taking on each new opportunity as a challenge. I am proud of my accomplishments from starting as the Office Manager for a Regional Office to now the North America Operations Manager.

I've taken that experience and paired it with my passion for wellness.

I love to travel and have had the pleasure of traveling to lots of places in the USA, Israel, England, Costa Rica and Mexico. I also love to dance, read, shoot pool and do pretty much anything that has to do with a pool, lake or ocean.

My daughter Alexa is my ride or die. Fun fact I was 42, almost 43 when I gave birth to her.
